CLAREGALWAY TRAFFIC LIGHTS ADDING TO CONGESTION IN THE VILLAGE

Date Published: 19-Sep-2008

The new traffic lights in Claregalway seem to be hindering rather than helping traffic congestion through the village. The lights were activated earlier this week, and commuters are blaming the changing sequence of the lights for the backlogs in traffic in every direction.Long delays are being experienced by motorists on both the N17 and N18 roads.
