CLAREGALWAY MAN SENTENCED FOR HAVING SYPHONING TOOLS

A Claregalway man has received an 8 month suspended sentence for the possession of implements used for syphoning fuel.
42 year old Michael Ward with an address at 101 Riveroaks, Claregalway appeared before Galway District Court.
He admitted having the equipment on March 20th last year.
