A civil case taken by a former Tuam shop owner against Galway East TD Colm Keaveney and his wife has been mutually settled.
Plaintiff Triona Bodkin, a former foodmarket and store owner on the Tullinadaly Road in Tuam took the case against Deputy Keaveney and his wife Deirdre Moran who entered into a sale agreement for the foodmarket premises on 20th December 2006.
