CITY PLANNERS REQUEST FURTHER INFORMATION ON SOUP KITCHEN APPLICATION

Planners have requested further information before they make thier decision on an application for retention and change of use at the city Twist soup kitchen on Queen Street.

The application is for permission for retention and change of use from a garage or warehouse to a proposed food kitchen outlet.

The voluntary organisation was set up last June and has since opened other outlets in Athlone and Roscommon.

City planners were due to make a decision this week but have now requested further information based on five main queries.
