CITY MAN TO APPEAR IN GALWAY COURT OVER STABBING

A city man is due to appear in court in Galway in January, in connection with a stabbing in Rahoon last September.33 year old Billy McGinley of 188 Claremont Park, Rahoon is charged with assaulting Darren Johnston causing him harm at the same address on September 3rd.McGinley has appeared before Harristown District Court where he was further remanded in custody to appear before Galway District Court on Monday January 5th.
