CITY ELECTRONIC FIRM PLEADS GUILTY TO WASTE BREACHES

A Galway electronics business has pleaded guilty to breaching electronic waste regulations.

Passax Electronics Limited based at the Mulvoy Commercial Centre on Sean Mulvoy Road in the city, pleaded guilty to charges brought by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in relation to five offences under the Waste Management for Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations.
