CITY COUNCIL REFUSES RETENTION PLANS FOR LIOSBAN BUSINESS

Galway City Council has refused retention plans for a store in the Liosban Industrial estate.

Tempside Limited had sought to retain change of use at the units from manufacturing to retail.

The retention plans have been refused on four grounds-one of which states that no permission exists for use of the site as a retail store.
