A 31 year old Chinese man, travelled home to China last night after efforts to have him voluntarily deported from this jurisdiction were fast-tracked by the Irish authorities Ning Qi, who had been working illegally in Galway city, was emaciated when arrested at the Runner Internet Cafe, Eyre Square, on April 4 last.
