CHARGES OF ASSAULTING CITY COUNCIL STAFF DISMISSED

A District Court Judge yesterday dismissed charges brought against a City Council tenant accused of assaulting two Council employees, who were trying to paint his house.33 year-old David Sweeney who now lives at No. 34 Ballinfoyle Park, Headford Road, denied assaulting Michael Kennedy and John Flaherty, two painters and decorators, on September 17 last year.
