Galway patient care would be served better by more localised health committees.That's according to outgoing chairperson of the Regional Health Forum and Ballinasloe county councillor Tomás Mannion.Having presided over the health forum for several months, Councillor Mannion now says that the HSE forum should move to localise its committees to make important changes locally.Over forty members make up the current forum representing nine counties including Galway, Donegal, North Tipperary and Leitrim.
