Bus Éireann has reacted to claims that thousands of school goers in Galway may be left by the side of the road this September.Senator Fidelma Healy Eames claims school children may have no school transport if Bus Eireann fails to increase prices paid to private bus contractors. She says many of the bus operators will refuse to sign contracts with Bus Eireann if there is no increase to match the rise in fuel. However, Bus Éireann says one third of this year's contracts have already been signed and they have had no indication from any bus operator about an unwillingness to sign.Spokesperson for Bus Éireann, Martin Quinn told Keith Finnegan they have no problems with bus operators signing contracts this year
