BODY FOUND WASHED UP ON BEACH IN LETTERMULLEN

A body has been found washed up on the beach in the Lettermullen area of Connemara
Salthill and Carraroe gardai are at the scene since mid afternoon
FYI Galway understands the body is male and it has not yet been identifed
The circumstances of the tragedy are not yet known
