The bad weather has forced a French Naval patrol ship to cancel a visit to Galway Harbour. The 45-crew 'Pluvier' was due to arrive in Galway today for a five-day visit from Cherbourg in France. French Naval authorities are blaming exceptionally bad weather conditions at sea this week for forcing them to call off the patrol. Galway Harbour Company is announcing the cancellation to the public today.
