All that glitters is not gold in new X Factor series

Watch out for the name of Zoe Alexander in the future. She could become an Olympic javelin or hammer thrower champion judging by her petulant antics on the opening show of The X Factor, which we will have to endure for the next few months – remember, this is the show that spawned Jedward. Need I say more?
Anyway, back to the wonderful Zoe. She came on stage looking quite angelic and told the drab judges that she was a singer by profession and made a living out of being a Pink tribute act. For those of you who do not know your music, Pink is a female American singer-songwriter who has achieved considerable success over the past decade or so.For her audition, Zoe said that she would sing a Pink song and was encouraged to give it her best shot. She sang a few verses and to be quite honest she would run mice from a stack of barley, it was so bloody awful.
She was stopped in her tracks and was told nicely that she wasn’t that great but the judges decided to give her another chance and her second effort was equally as bad. Zoe was told the harsh reality that she wouldn’t be proceeding any further in this competition and her jaw dropped.
She couldn’t believe what they were telling her. Accusing them of telling her what to sing in the first place (they all denied this), she stormed off the stage and flung the microphone backwards as she departed.
Zoe then proceeded to attack a camera person on her way out, knocked a few things over in the process and then had to be calmed down by backstage crew and her parents.
Her father brought her back on stage where she proceeded to give the judges a piece of her mind with the language used being edited out while we were provided with footage of the audience members expressing shock at what was happening before them.
Zoe then left the stage for a second time, pushed over another camera on her way out of the building while the judges spoke about her behaviour with Louis Walsh boasting that he had given her a second chance to prove herself.
