30 Galway teachers sign up to Chinese course

30 Galway primary and secondary school teachers have signed up to an introductory course on chinese language and culture.

The course is facilitated by Galway based China Ireland Relations Group and takes place at NUIG today (May 9).

Senator Fidelma Healy-Eames says that introducing Chinese in our schools would have significant economic benefit.
