15 submissions on traffic calming measures for city

Galway Bay fm newsroom - 15 submissions have been received on proposed traffic calming measures for 17 areas in the city.

The areas being examined include Lurgan Park Road, Ballyloughane Road, Ballyloughane Beach Road and Lake Shore Drive, Renmore.

Proposals for Dr. Mannix Road attracted the most feedback with six submissions received.

A report on the proposed measures will be presented to councillors at their monthly meeting on Monday.
