JUDGE WARNS POLISH GANGS OF PRISON FOR THEFT

Judge Mary Fahy has warned gangs, who come from Poland to make better lives for themselves in this country, that if they break into people’s homes and steal their property she will jail them.The judge kept her promise this week when she sentenced one such Polish burglar to eight months in prison after he drove to Oranmore village and broke into an elderly woman’s home22 year old Tomasz Guewa of 198 Gort na Coirbe, Headford Road, pleaded guilty at Galway District court to the burglary which occurred in the early hours of June 29 last at Beech Grove, Oranmore
