Galway is returning to normal after the chaos caused by flooding and power cuts in last night's unseasonal storm. The Westdoc out-of-hours GP service is operating a skeleton service after its Liosbaun building was badly damaged by floods around 6 pm. The Westdoc telephone service 1850 365 000 is operating as normal. The HSE has organised an extra number for patients to call for today only, 091 77 50 37. Meanwhile water levels in the city have returned to normal after last night's flash floods.
