Galway Fianna Fail to hold meetings on local elections
Galway Bay fm newsroom- A series of meetings will be held in each local election area in Galway in the Autumn to discuss Fianna Fáil's plans for the local elections next year.
Due to changes to the convention process for selecting candidates, organisers want to ensure all members are up to date on how to vote and apply for candidacy.
Among the issues which will be discussed at the meetings will be dates and venues for the conventions as well as the number and location of candidates.
PRO for Galway West Comhairle Dáilcheantar, Pat Kavanagh, says there has been a lot of interest in going forward as a candidate.
