Corinthians maintained their hugely impressive start to the season when making it six wins from six against UL/Bohemians in Limerick on Saturday, to set them up nicely for a top-of-the-table clash with table-toppers Terenure in Cloonacauneen this coming Saturday.

The game was preceded by a minute’s silence for former Corinthians president, Henry O’Connor, and when the action got underway, it was the home side who threatened first when left-winger Adrian Enright blocked down a clearance on the visitors goal-line, but Darin Classen and Dave Panter managed to bundle him into touch.

Corinthians opened the scoring through a penalty from Finn Gormley in the 17th minute, and extend their lead soon after when John Burns touched down for a try which Gormley converted.

The home side got back into the game through an unconverted try from Adrian Enright, to leave the scores 10-5 at the break. Enright added a second try, again unconverted, to level the scores, but Gormley sealed the win with a penalty in the 65th minute
