Galway tech startup Feelsright has been accepted onto the Female High Fliers Accelerator in the DCU Ryan Academy.

Feelsright is a SAAS cloud-based employee reward, recognition and compensation platform, which enables staff to crowd-source their personal to-do list to local verified service providers.

In turn, this enables companies to increase staff retention, productivity, morale, engagement, ideology buy-in, team morale, and decreases churn, stress, absenteeism, attrition and down time.

The Female High Fliers Programme is an accelerator programme for female-led startups which specifically addresses the challenges facing female entrepreneurs, supported by Enterprise Ireland.

The programme aims to address challenges facing female entrepreneurs of early stage businesses and help develop key business skills, achieve scale and create employment.

On completion of the 13 week Female High Fliers Programme, participants will take part in a showcase event day at which each company will pitch to a network of investors, mentors and corporates.

“Feelsright is harnessing peer-to-peer communities to create not only happier, more productive and engaged staff, but to also drive local economy for SMEs,” explained Feelsright’s CEO and co-founder Tara Dalrymple.

“It’s there for companies to buy credit for their staff to have personal tasks completed for them while they are working, such as cleaning, dog walking, food shopping, errand running, sourcing trusted tradespeople, waiting in for deliveries and more.”

Feelsright won SCCUL ‘ICT’ One to Watch 2014, it also won the IEDR Optimise Fund 2014 and was listed in Silicon Republics top 20 Tech Startups to watch in 2015.
