BALLINASLOE COMPANY REPORTS 2 MILLION PROFIT

Ballinasloe-based company, Dubarry, has reported significant growth, with pre-tax profits of almost 2 million euro to the end of November last.

Holding company, Glentawn Investments Limited, has filed accounts showing that profits increased by 13 percent and revenues increased by 27 percent to 20.4 million euro.

Dubarry in Ballinasloe employs 52 people and ceased manufacturing shoes at Ballinalsoe in 2004.
